“I was disappointed with the way the carpet tiles were packaged. The 16 tiles arrived in a box which had originally contained 20, therefore they were looses inside the box with no additional padding. Several of the tiles had damaged corners, probably resulting from the box being dropped in transit. I was able to complete the job using the damaged tiles in places where the affected corners could be trimmed off. If this had not been the case I would have returned the order.”

“Samples were prompt and order arrived quickly also. Questions between the 2 were addressed and we are really are pleased with the carpet tiles and recommend adhesive. Thanks DCTUK”

“Made an on line enquiry for tiles, had a very quick response and answered all questions we had. Placed the order which arrived extremely quickly. Tiles were as described, (the colour is lighter than the picture shows, but not an issue) which we have since put down and they look great. Certainly have no problem recommending DCTUK to anyone.”
