“Had to use Live Chat to get the right colour from a previous order, researched at their end and came right back to me with a web link to the right tile. Ordered straightaway and received them by carrier in a couple of days - just got get down on the old knees and pull up the old and fit the new. Very helpful and quick - would thoroughly recommend them.”

“We have used dctuk lots of times with outstanding service but on this occasion a bit disappointed due to receiving 40 tiles when we purchased 32 on webb site and asked to pay for extra 8”

“Very quick delivery and the carpet is brilliant and i will be buying more but the only thing was that the boxes were broken buy the carpet was fine”

“Great company to deal with, carpet tiles I ordered weren't in stock so received a phone cal offering replacement tiles at no extra cost. Quick delivery, very pleasant and extremely efficient. Will use them again.”

“Placed an online order on a user friendly website. Tiles were delivered a few days later. We went for a budget tile but the quality was excellent. Packaging slightly damaged but didn't effect product. Tiles were all matching shades. Easy to lay. Easy to cut with Stanley knife/sharp scissors (for awkward angles) We placed ours in a domestic setting and it finished the room off. Very pleased. Highly recommend and will use again.”

“Order and notification first class. Delivery terrible. Text am confirming delivery between 10:17 & 11:17. Time passed without delivery. Received text about 11:00 saying delivery had been left with a neighbour. I had not left the house, nobody approached the house, so assume that delivery driver was dislexic and couldn't read the correct address. It was after talking to neighbour I realised that I had seen the delivery leaving. So delivery poor.”
