“This is an excellent product, from a very professional team handling my order from start to finish with care and consideration. I ordered some samples that arrived the next day after discussions with the sales office. Ordered the product I wanted after some discussions as to how to lay the tiles on the surface I was intending to use. This was all done with speedy satisfaction, well done”

“As a lady of a certain age whose skills did not include floor tile laying I have to say that the whole experience was good. From the very quick delivery (slight oops without glue but that was quickly remedied) to watching the brief and helpful video, I am pleased to say that I am pleased with the result and yes, rather pleased with me too!!”

“Arrived the next day. We bought the cheapest tiles and wish perhaps we’d gone for something a little better but they’re certainly value for money. One was damaged though but used that where we only needed half a tile.”

“pretty sure the wrong carpet tiles were shipped, but due to time frame needed to use them. Made complaint to DCTUK and had no reply from them at all.”

Hi Christopher, We have tried to call but can't get hold of you. We have double checked and the tiles that you ordered were the tiles that were shipped and delivered. We do offer a free sample service so you are sure 100% that the tile is correct for you. Take Care

“The DCT team were very helpful in providing samples and dealing with any queries on the choice of flooring. The DCT fitters were brilliant!! They arrived on time, were very professional, kept me informed on the schedule, and did a perfect job. They tidied up afterwards and the rooms look immaculate. The only issue was that when I ordered the materials, the screed hadn't been included, so the fitters needed to come back again to complete the work. I was also told by the delivery driver (who I thought was from DCT) that the tiles could be stored outside...which wasn't the case. It would be helpful if this is added to the customer note. However, the fitters were very professional and laid the hardwood so that the rooms would be ready for the LVT a few days later. We are very happy customers. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, after placing the order on Friday afternoon, we received a call to confirm delivery would be Wednesday 5th August. Actually delivered Tuesday 4th. Very well packaged, the shade is perfect - one is never completely sure when ordering on the internet - very good quality, yet to be put down, but feel sure they will look wonderful. Would certainly recommend.”

“The pack arrived a little worse for wear. The ties had cut deeply into the box, probably made worse by the inclusion of the adhesive making a bulge. Leaving an odd shape to the pack. The adhesive can lid had fallen off in transit & was distorted. Hot water allowed it to refit, but there was a risk that the spray button could have been triggered being exposed. Placing the can on the tiles distorted the items from flat. For at least two tiles. That could make fitting difficult . Will they regain their shape? Photo shows damage to box but the depression in tiles does not show up the can shape .the can lid shows the post hot water application damage it now sits on the can. But was fractured on the side. Some improvement to package for transport needs to be considered.”

“All samples arrived quickly allowing me to pick my product. Once ordered I received my delivery within 1 day, had a very slight issue which was resolved in 1 day. All in all I am over the moon with my purchase and I cannot fault service. Particular thanks to Ross, who I feel went above and beyond! Happy customer!”
