“Very customer orientated, even if they don't alway communicate well - but given the shut down circumstances this is excusable. They went out of their way to find us an alternative carpet design, when the one we wanted could not be delivered before we moved, and they got it to us within a couple of days. Pricing is very competitive. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends.”

“Amazingly helpful and prompt service from the team. I under ordered (twice!😳) and they got my tiles to me as soon as they could which was so good Really lovely tiles. Good quality and great colour. Would def recommend”

“I was disappointed with the way the carpet tiles were packaged. The 16 tiles arrived in a box which had originally contained 20, therefore they were looses inside the box with no additional padding. Several of the tiles had damaged corners, probably resulting from the box being dropped in transit. I was able to complete the job using the damaged tiles in places where the affected corners could be trimmed off. If this had not been the case I would have returned the order.”

“Samples were prompt and order arrived quickly also. Questions between the 2 were addressed and we are really are pleased with the carpet tiles and recommend adhesive. Thanks DCTUK”
