I contacted them by email which bounced back. Emailed again but had no response - basically really poor and now feel I shouldn't have used this company as they can't be trusted. Bought flooring Order 628430 and clearly states non slip / slip resistant - well it's not! My next step is to write a formal letter of complaint and then legal action as the flooring is not fit for purpose.

You can also contact us via livechat or phone. Our phone lines are open Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm. Secondly the product you purchased was Luvanto Click LVT. This is slip resistant and has been tested under BS7976-2:2002 (wet pendulum test) and has a rating of 62 in dry conditions and 50 in wet conditions. Anything over 36+ has a PTV value that is rated as low slip potential. With the above information now to hand perhaps you might like to revise this review.

Arrived short. Remainder arrived after asking for refund, that was ignored. Colour looked light blue😞

Hi Paula, thanks for taking the time to leave a review and sorry you weren't pleased with our service. You were missing 2 tiles from your delivery which we dispatched the next day as you soon as you let us know. Also, we do highly recommend ordering free samples of our products before buying so you can double check the colour is to your preference as different computer monitors can show the colours slightly differently. Very disappointed. Poor-fitting. Carpet tile pile not fitting at edges of some tiles. Have reported problems to DCTUK, they said they would send a fitter (twice they have said that), STILL WAITING.

Took a cold call from them after not buying on the website, stupidly bought something that wasnt suitable. Would not refund or exchange despite this being advertised and quoted some obscure terms and condition on why I couldnt. Lots of shifting Blame to different departments. Waiting for a manager call back for over a week. Spent over a £100 for something that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Hi Dan, as you ordered a specific cut length of vinyl we are unable to exchange these because they are made to order. With other websites they don't offer the service to cut a length of a roll for small projects, but we do because we know how useful this is for customers. Most other websites only offer full rolls. But this does mean we can't accept returns as it is unlikely someone else would need the exact sample product and exact same length that you required. This is made clear in our terms and conditions. Our numerous positive reviews show that with the vast majority of products we are happy to exchange products for something else if unopened and returned in brand new condition. Regards, Jon.

I ordered 3 packs of high quality Luvanto Enduro flooring and two of the packs were damaged, one badly damaged not usable at all. I requested a replacement but was only offered a 20% reduction in the price. I have been told that they cannot replace. In addition there was no installing instructions included and as it wasn't click in system, the floor layer had difficulties to lay down the floor. Still mt kitchen floor is not complete due to the damaged packs. I will definitely not used this company again. A bad customer service.

Very poor service - over 6 weeks to wait for carpet tiles. No communication, promised delivery dates that didn't happen and poor quality tiles. This is a massive disappointment as up to this point this company had been great. I wouldn't recommend

Hi Andrew, we just want to apologise about your order being held at customs and you having to wait 6 weeks for it. Unfortunately we couldn't swap the tiles to get them to you quicker as you had already ordered that particular collection 3 times previous. Again we'd like to apologise for this inconvenience.

The process of ordering samples was easy enough and delivery to home. Had to contact DCTUK as the plank sample hadn’t arrived an email informed me not in production. The sample cosy toes 11 life guarantee 5years though on your web site it says seven years and that is why I placed the order of 400 tiles. Delivery was arranged for Wednesday 9th December by Ross Smith at 12 noon driver will contact phone you. I had arranged with work to be Round Dundee so I could nip back home to take delivery . At eleven I finished the job I was on and checked my phone to find the driver was on site on site at nine in the morning. I asked Ross if I could have had a delivery first thing he came back with 12 noon. With missing the delivery I phoned palette line and arranged to have them deliver at 9am Thursday first thing. The problem when I got home in the evening 9pm I had a message to be in Aberdeen at 9:30 an hour and half away. Friday I was called into a meeting where I was reprimanded I could have lost my job all because I was given a time by Ross with no correct information direct from the area delivery controller just an assumption. Please refund my delivery costs as it’s cost me more in stress and paid work. Christmas hamper good useful products. Phone calls to sales office very good and helpful. On your web site it was not easy to find if on your web site that the tiles are suitable for under floor heating and tog rating. Hope this was helpful in making things better for future customers..... Peter

Hi Peter Thanks for your review. As we would have explained to you we cannot guarantee delivery times with pallet deliveries, we can only request a certain time. The 12pm time was requested but they arrived early to your address. They did try to call you but there was no answer to the calls. However, I can understand the frustration and as a gesture of goodwill we will refund your delivery fee. Website very unclear probably because of to much going on in it. As for fast delivery still waiting for my carpets. I bought from this site because they list fast delivery all I can say is that is a stretching it. It should say delivery when we get the item ordered in & when we dispatch it speedy delivery some time this year hopefully.

Don't bother with them. I recently placed an order for 2 boxes of carpet tiles from their green and lime section. Was surprised when a grey blue tiles arrived. Emailed and asked to exchange for a different tile and got a reply that their supplier would charge too much to take them back and that I should have ordered a sample. Am now requesting a complete refund.

Terrible customer service on our last order. Vinyl was cut to an incorrect size by the factory - we were blamed as having cut it and at no point were we treated as being right. Ross Smith hung up on our call when requesting a refund for a returned roll and waited several weeks (turned into months) to get the refund when the factory confirmed they had cut it wrong. DCTUK had to have a refund before we did?? Very poor!!!!!! and cost us money in having to send a fitter back to site to correct after being made to buy another roll! very hesitant to ever use again

Our job has been left incomplete since the initial attempted fit 6 months ago. The order has been the most extensive catalogue of errors and appalling communication from their fitting department. Items were delivered piecemeal, in damaged packaging and not in time for the fitting date. The subcontracted fitters had performed a very untidy initial job, and damaged much of the Marmoleum through not having briefed themselves on the manufacturer's installation instructions. Furthermore, the fitters then attempted to blame the product which we have had perform extremely well in a neighbouring building with complex floor plan since 2006. The fitters have had to return 3 times to attempt, -and fail to-, remedy the varying issues. At no point during the entire experience have DCTUK contacted us to check the progress of installation, and on two occasions the fitters have simply failed to show on the day. Save yourself months of stress, and avoid this company. If you must use them, I would strongly advise you withheld full payment until completion.

We are extremely sorry that you have received this service however we have rectified the situation and after speaking with you before the break you did confirm that now everything is to your satisfaction. This is a very unusual situation and we again apologise profusely for your incovenience. This problem was part of a bigger fit that you were happy with. I do hope that we could work again in the future!

didnt do anything that you all said you would. didnt deliver on day that you said - despite being told throughout the day i would receive the goods and constantly trying to get a confirmation no one would call me back - i sat in an empty shop from 8am till 6pm as you said i would definitely be getting the delivery. this delayed the whole of my shop refit. the front mat even though i had requested a choir mat was recommended a hard wearing mat that cost 80 plus and then couldny be fitted by your fitters who suggested i went a purchased from a carpet shop some trimming !!

I am so sorry to read this Jill, I understand your frustration with the delivery as we were informed by the manufacturer that it was going to be delivered on the Friday, I kept calling them then yourself and I also kept getting told it would be with you. Your fit was booked in for the Tuesday so we didn't have to delay as the tiles were delivered in time for the fit date. As regards to the matting we actually Screeded the height up (at no extra cost to yourself and an extra visit at no extra cost then we layed the entrance tiles - I know there were some over but that particular tile comes in 4m2 boxes and your Entrance area was smaller than that. We have a satisfaction form back that was signed off with Excellent or I would have called you again chatted this through, So sorry Jill that you didn't have the experience with DCT UK that we pride ourselves on!

Product arrived with over half the pack damaged. When i complained i was told unless they can take the whole pack back they cant replace or refund but theyll check with supplier. Ive heard nothing back. My partner is terminally ill with cancer having been given 3 months to live, and the floor fitter we'd booked had to use what he could by making lots of cuts the day he was booked in, so as to allow my partner to safely use our bathroom or we'd be charged twice if he had to return to do the job. Very poor product and even worse customer service!

I trailed some carpets they weren’t for me, the thing that’s most put me off ever using you is the fact to this day you’re still calling me constantly trying to sell a product and constant emails... ita really bad customer service it’s as if you’re a company who enjoy pressure selling.
