We asked for a small number of different colour tiles to break up a large grey area. The person who processed the order within DCTUK by mistake ordered 50% of each tile. After 3 weeks the company will not take any responsibility and after sales care is completely non existent. The product is good quality, the fitting teams are 5* but the sales and aftersales team are terrible!

The product itself is not good enough and very thin. the fitting has some sort of problem, only one day later ( no heating or window open ) all the carpet square has somehow expand and moved , all the edges are overlaying and lifted.

Hi Freshasia, we apologise you're not happy with our service. We did advise you at point of sale and by our fitting team when they got to site that the floor required screeding. However you chose not to follow this advice. We also advised you we couldn't guarantee the fitting of the floor because of this reason and you agreed this was ok. As a result, we believe we carried out the installation as directed by yourself and against our advise. Regards, DCTUK Team

The delivery service was worse than appalling. You need to talk with your delivery company with regards to this. I think it was ridiculous that I paid for this delivery. I will be expecting a refund of this charge. With regards to the product I purchased, I have not fitted the tiles yet so I have no feedback.

I ordered and paid for carpet tiles only to be told they were unavailable. £440.0. If they weren't available the order should not have been accepted and a refund should have been given immediately. The order was placed on 13 August, I have not received a refund and they haven't been able to offer me a suitable substitute. I was told that a refund would take 3-5 days, today is the 27th August and no refund has been made. If this company thinks this is good service then I do not wish to deal with them, they offer a good deal which it seems is unatainable, a few emails which have not been any use at all as if I reply then they do not. I want a refund but am entirely in their hands as to when they decide to do this, I would never reccommend this company.

HI J Moore, I am sorry that your tiles where out of stock at the time you order. We occasionally have times where we are waiting on manufactures to send us more stock, this does not happen often, but times it does we do try our best to offer you another solution and other tiles. Our customers are top priority, and always process request as quickly as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. - Rachel

Really bad customer service ! We ordered 450 carpet tiles for one of our offices located an hour away from our main office. 1st delivery: On the day of the delivery we sent one of our employee to the office to wait for the driver. Few minutes before the expected delivery, our employee received a phone call asking if she could carry the carpet tiles from the lorry to the building as it was too heavy for the driver. She explained that it was impossible as she wasn't strong enough. The delivery company said they were going to call back, they didn't. We had to call them in the evening to ask when would be the next delivery. 2nd delivery: we have called the delivery company to explain that we were going to leave the keys with one of our tenant instead of sending one of our employee there all day. They accepted and took notes. Then, We have been contacted in the afternoon by DCT to let us know that the driver couldn't deliver as no one was at the property. We spoke with someone called Ross Smith (DCT) to explain the issue. Ross told us that we should have called the driving company to inform them about the keys (which we did) and that we would have to pay a re-delivery charge. After speaking with my director, Ross Smith agreed to re-schedule a new delivery without the fee. The sale team told us this wasn't possible and we would only get a discount on our next purchase ! After paying this cost, we have been told that we will receive a call to know when would be the new delivery date. No one called us back, I had to email Mr Smith to have some news. Mr Smith wasn't keen to help us resolve the issue. At 5pm we have finally been told that the new delivery would be the next day. We have had to find someone in emergency to be there the next morning to get the tiles. 3rd delivery: We had to pay someone to be at the office all day to wait for the driver and carry the tiles inside. The whole process has been really difficult and time/money wasting. This is unfortunate because we were happy with the quality of your product.

Hi Rajan. Please accept our apologises, we always aim to provide the best customer service we can. Unfortunately we occasionally have problems with out 3rd party delivery, but 99.9% of the time we don't. Please once again accept our apologises. Rachel

Tiles took over 2 weeks to arrive as opposed to stated couple of days on website. They do not respond to emails or their own webforms if you want to progress a problem. They use a courier that attempts to deliver to drop off points that will not accept the weight of package. 20% of the tiles arrived damaged. Lots of marketing emails from them.
