I have called the DCTUK and the courier to find the tiles that never arrived but I paid for and they haven’t even bothered to update me. I wouldn’t use again.

I cannot understand why I was told that my order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days if this was not the case.on querying non delivery, I was informed that sometimes tiles have to be ordered in from Belgium and this can take 4 weeks or so.I was also told that someone had sent me an email notifying me of this update but I have not received such an email.

Had 4 boxes delivered all 4 were wet and boxes looked liked they had been thrown down the road

Ordered incorrect colour carpet tiles as image wasn't accurate online then to be told I would have to pay £15 for collection and would receive a refund. Fine, then get radio silence. Email sent on 22 Aug then tried chasing 29 Aug then again today 7 sept.

Ordered 132 carpet tiles, 120 delivered. I was informed I would be called by the person who packed the order but didn’t hear back.

Driver delivering the mat had a stinking attitude because he couldn't get right to my doorstep, he had to carry a 2 metre mat round the corner to my premises. Strangely, a flatbed lorry with a crane on it delivering wood the previous day, managed to get to my doorstep. I expected "2m square" to be 2 metres by 2 metres. Nope. I got 2 metres by 110cm. Nothing "square" about that. Patronising and unhelpful customer service from Ross via emails. Absolutely no offer of a solution at all to my problem. A waste of £57. From misleading website listings to attitude and zero help. One of the worst ALL ROUND customer experiences I've ever had. You need a review option for NO Stars. I have since purchased 2m x 2m from elsewhere, from a nice and clear website, delivered to my doorstep by a friendly driver.

Hi Marcos I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience when ordering your matting. I have read the email correspondence between yourself and our customer service team and they were right in the instructions they gave you in relation to the measurements that you ordered. I found no evidence that they were unhelpful, but they were simply trying to help you understand how you had ended up with the size that you did. But I do understand that the website could be made clearer in relation to how to buy this product, and I am going to ensure this happens. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so other customers can benefit. In relation to the driver delivering the order, we do rely on our national delivery partners to provide a good service and I apologise that on this occasion it fell well below our high standards. No delivery within the agreed timescale (Friday latest last week!). Our project is now in delay. You said that there were 1000 in stock You have been paid and failed to deliver. We have received 4 tiles at a cost of over £100 each! What use is 4 tiles when we ordered 80?

Hi Keith we're really sorry about the wrong quantity being delivered. We did successfully process your order for the correct amount but Interface made a mistake and delivered the wrong amount. There are enough tiles in stock and they will be with you tomorrow. Regards, Jon

Been waiting for my product for a long time. Still not received it. Had numerous text messages with delivery dates but none materialed. I understand delivery was delayed due the snow. However, We had 2 days of snow, but delivery been delayed by more than 7 days. Why that long ?? Not happy really

Hi Saeed, we're really sorry you've experienced a delay with your order. We use DPD as a courier and usually they are very good at delivery on time. However on this occasion they have experienced a big delay due to the snow. As you say this should not cause such a long delay as you have experienced and we will be making DPD aware of this poor level of service. We are doing everything to expedite your delivery and have promised your delivery will be with you today before 12pm.

Hi thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we apologise if you were unhappy with our service. However the notes on our system do say that we spoke to your wife twice to keep you updated on your order. Our website says that the product you ordered would take 7-10 working days to be delivered and we delivered it in 4 working days.

Delivery not sent then on 2nd delivery goods left at wrong house. Complained via email and received zero feedback. Will not use again.

We asked for a small number of different colour tiles to break up a large grey area. The person who processed the order within DCTUK by mistake ordered 50% of each tile. After 3 weeks the company will not take any responsibility and after sales care is completely non existent. The product is good quality, the fitting teams are 5* but the sales and aftersales team are terrible!
