I am sorry you have not received your parcel. I have checked the tracking and this is what it says.:- Tracking history Tuesday 06 December 2022 12:46 Item Received Bristol MC Thursday 01 December 2022 18:14 Sender despatching item As you can see we despatched your goods on the 1st but the Strike Action has disrupted all deliveries. Hopefully it will be with you soon.

This was the first time I used Dance Direct when I took a chance on a pair of tap shoes for my daughter. SO glad I did! Shoes were a perfect fit and feel great. Absolutely superb service! The price was incredibly reasonable, packaging and postage were great too! I definitely recommend this great company!

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return them for a refund.

Great products with clear information on the site. Delivery times impeded by the postal strikes but still good considering. I used to buy off the site for my daughter now it is my first choice for dance gear for my granddaughter.

I didn't receive my parcel yet and was told I'd received it in 3-5 working days - I've ordered it on the 27th Nov (Strikes are not started yet)

The service was excellent. Sadly I had to return it because the shoes didn't work out for me. Very sad because they were brilliant. Please can you have more shoes like them without tap on them. I want to buy from you again.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I had mistakenly entered my old postcode, which delayed my delivery. However, the data manager, Jan, ensured this was rectified, and I have now received the order and the Leotard is beautiful. My daughter loves it. Thank you, Jan.

We are sorry that the parcel is taking so long to arrive. We dispatched it within 72 hours of receipt, but due to Royal Mail strikes which are out of our control, have caused the delivery of your parcel to be delayed. I have just tracked your parcel and Royal Mail states that the parcel is now in transit to your local delivery office.
