“As a (much!) older guy wishing to get back into dance, ballroom, jive and salsa, with maybe Argentine tango eventually, I rescued my old dance shoes from the back of the wardrobe and sadly surveyed their present state. I needed new shoes and Dance Direct had the ideal selection - great styles in my size and sent promptly. Another happy customer of this great company - thank you so much. Kind regards, Brian”

“Product was fine. Paid extra for next day delivery, parcel took nearly a week to come. When I contacted customer services they pretty much said tough luck. No offer of a refund on postage.”

“Site anormal une fois la commande est passée aucune communication possible, fais de livraison chère à la réception de l'article qui ne correspond pas du tout surtout la taille dommage, il fallait payer 15 euros en plus frais de douane alors que sur le site c'est marqué 0 frais. Une grosse arnaque 👎👎👎👎”

I apologise for the surprise you had when your item arrived at your local customs. Unfortunately, the taxes and customs fees are out of our control. It does state in our terms and conditions on our website that these fees are applicable. On 13/12/22 we introduced a new service called IOSS, which means that all taxes are payable at our checkout. One of our customer service team members will give you a call to discuss this.

I am sorry you have not received your parcel yet. It was collected from us on the 9th December but unfortunately due to Industrial Action it has not yet been sent out for delivery. I will email the tracking number to you so you can see the status of your parcel.

“Everything arrived in good time especially considering the current issue of strikes. I needed a new clear back dance bra as mine snapped after years of use. This new one is perfect for my needs and super comfortable. I also ordered some leg warmers which are super comfy and keep my calves warm”

“Dance direct have been a great company to do business with, unfortunately the item I ordered did not fit but their delivery and returns cannot be faulted and that counts for a lot when you order on line. Thank you”

Thank you for the great review. I am sorry that the item did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.
