“I bought a tutu from Spain. On the page it marked that in purchases below €150 there were no customs fees. It has come to me from customs that if I do not pay €50 for customs fees, they will not deliver the order. I sent you an email, you wrote to each other on twitter and no one has responded. Very bad customer service. If you buy from Spain, be careful because they will charge you tariffs.”

“2nd time ordering from here. Great quality leotards, great price ranges and good customer support. I had a minor mishap with FedEx losing my parcel, and the lovely people at Dance Direct got me sorted with a replacement in no time.”

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. We despatched it on the 5th December but due to Industrial Action by Post Office workers outside of our control it was delayed.

“The strawberry practice ballroom dress I ordered was lovely quality but came up very small. The age 12 for 140 cms came up very small even though she is a quite petite just turned 10 years old and not 135 cms. Shame.”

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards, and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return them for a refund.
