“I'm sorry I had to return all the items in the order because the sizes were too small. Ordered the wrong sizes but also I think every item should be tried on to be sure they fit because they are all different.”

“The ballet shoes came up very small and we had to return for a bigger size. However, quality was very good. And returns process was super simple”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am pleased to hear that you found the returns process simple.

We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Please contact hello@dancedirect.com if it has taken longer.

“Needed size 6 white Cuban tap shoes with teletone taps. Managed to get the shoes which are great unfortunately the taps are out of stock. Would be helpful if both were available as cannot wear the shoes yet without the correct taps”
