“I can't praise the customer service highly enough at Dance Direct. After having to re-order a costume several times because of size issues they went out of their way to help me receive the correct size in time for my daughter's competition. I found their communication excellent and extremely helpful”

“Item was ordered for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived over a week later. Customer services can’t seem to be able to help and are just saying that they are trying to get hold of FedEx.”
