“Product is lovely and the delivery was on time. I ordered through top cashback and the cashback was declined though so very disappointed about this as I did everything I should and paid £58 for the item so this isn't great!!”

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. I have checked the tracking and this is what it says.:- Tracking history Tuesday 06 December 2022 12:46 Item Received Bristol MC Thursday 01 December 2022 18:14 Sender despatching item As you can see we despatched your goods on the 1st but the Strike Action has disrupted all deliveries. Hopefully it will be with you soon.

“This was the first time I used Dance Direct when I took a chance on a pair of tap shoes for my daughter. SO glad I did! Shoes were a perfect fit and feel great. Absolutely superb service! The price was incredibly reasonable, packaging and postage were great too! I definitely recommend this great company!”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return them for a refund.
