“The first position dipped hem costumes I ordered for my grandaughters arrived via next day delivery, beautifully presented and are of excellent quality. The girls are thrilled and have been dancing in them every day since. I will certainly order from you again.”

We are sorry that you did not like the leotard. Nylon Lycra is not a thick fabric and as this style is not lined it does tend to be see through. Please feel free to return it for a full refund.

“The leotard I purchased for my daughter is very poor quality and see through. I’m in process of doing a return which is also causing a headache as need printers etc.”

Hi Heather, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the leotard did not meet expectations. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you. When arranging your return, you can select to have Royal Mail collect from your door, and they provide the label so you have no need to print anything yourself.

“Great quality and service, I was worried about the ballet shoe size but took the recommendation as per size guide and they fit great! The tights are abit big but I did opt to buy a larger size so that was an error on my side for sure x”

“I ordered all black trainer jazz shoes with patent black trim. My daughter had specific uniform requirements, but the shoes that came had a pink trim in them. Quite disappointed.”

“Excellent customer service resolving an initial fault quickly so that I was able to reorder as soon as possible. Tap shoes lovely soft leather and very comfortable. I have recommended Dance Direct to fellow tap dancers and would definitely buy from them again”
