I am sorry the tutu is not as expected. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they are not as expected. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

I have had a sizing issue with my capezio cassia ballet shoes for my daughter. I have alerted dance direct but they are happy to leave it that different brands are sized differently despite the obvious discrepancy

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Unfortunately the ballet shoes i ordered were way too small even though I measured my child's feet and allowed a little extra, so I think the measurements on the sizing on the website definitely needs checking as these were way too small so I had to return them and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Good, quick service, but thank goodness for the free returns as the sizing charts are way off. I've had to reorder 2 sizes down from the measured size.

Customer service could have been better. The price was confusing and hidden costs were taken on my order. Plus, it took many days for my order to arrive. But, theres a dearth of dance shop outlets so what are we to do…?

I am unclear as to what hidden charges you incurred as the item was charged at the cost on the website and the delivery was the standard charge as stated in the delivery section. As far as the time to deliver is concerned you ordered late on Sunday afternoon of the 13th and your goods were delivered on the 16th. On the website we state "Please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) between order placement and despatch of your order." and yours was despatched well before then. If you need an urgent order please contact our helpful Customer Service team who will assist you.

Great variety and really good delivery options. Paid extra for next day and came as expected. Knickers were perfect however the teen bra was not to the expected standard. The clear straps fell down constantly during 2 days of dance shows and were tightened after every single dance. So in the end the bra was just removed which was not ideal.

Overall good delivery and free returns. Onku issue we have is their sizing. So product SKU: CZ3800-BLK-C12.5 Is advertised as size 12 and likewise CZ3800-BLK-13 is advertised as 12. 5 but actually size 13. We had the same issue with a previous order so ordwr 2 diffwrent sizes to be sure as its confusing, fortunately we ordered bith sizes and ended up with a size that fitted. So thankful for the freepost return labels.

I received no confirmation of the order. I used the contact us form twice and received no reply. My delivery eventually turned up.

I have spoken to the Customer Service team and they responded to your query about 2 payments having been taken stating "We can only see one payment for this amount. Is it possible that the second payment was just reserved but has been released back into your account?" We made the Returns Process as simple as possible and the section Returns on the Dance Direct website explains the process in full.

Grateful for selection and prompt processing. Would be helpful to have manufacturer ballet shoe size and normal shoe size listed . We knew manufacturer size we wanted but it wasn't listed so ended up buying wrong size

I have returned a previous order as they are the wrong size . I am still awaiting my refund!! Shoes returned almost 2 weeks ago.

Shoes fit but the description wasn’t correct, they said that they had a 2.5inch heel and it’s a 3.5 inch heel . I have kept them because I am desperate .

My order was dispatched within the stated time and arrived in good condition. It is unfortunate that Dance Direct stock very few leotards in large sizes, and that the few that they do stock do not fit people with a generous bust (although that is more the fault of the manufacturers).
