My daughter didn’t get to enjoy her purchase as the wrong shoes were sent to me. It then took too long to resolve the issue and I had to purchase a pair elsewhere- not the ones I wanted, but time was an issue.

I am sorry you were sent the wrong shoes. The team dealt promptly with the issue but as time was critical we were unable to rectify it as quickly as you wanted. The credit for the shoes has been processed.

Io ho fatto un ordine 3 settimane fa ma ancora risulta fermo. L'azienda è irreperibile, se non per aver risposto ad un ticket aperto,dicendomi che mi avrebbero ricontattata , sono ancora in attesa. Assistenza post vendita nulla. A tutti gli indirizzi email indicati,sono assenti.

I ordered shoes that were 1 to 2 sizes too big, and I got shoes that were 2 size smaller. How is this possible? When i spoke to customer service, they suggested my feet were fat, and that all sizes varied across brands. Ma'am, i have bought shoes on several occasions, and have found that the variance has never meant that the size above mine was smaller than my regular size. Also my feet are narrow, but I appreciate the concern. I'll update if the return process runs into any weird complications.

I am sorry the shoes did not fit. The reply to your email from customer services was "Sizing can vary a lot between brands and even between different styles of the same brand, and some dancers prefer more of a snug fit and others a "normal" fit and it often also depends on the actual foot shape and not just the size which is why we don't usually give concrete advice on sizing. We do offer a free returns service for UK customers, making it easier to order multiple sizes to try on and send back the items that are not required." I hope your replacement pair is the right one for you.

shoes did not fit ,too small, even though web site said they would send the equivalent Bloch size to my UK size. Refund took 10 days to be processed with no updates from company.

When you notified the customer service team they did suggest sizing up. All returns are processed within 14 days as stated on the website.

The tights were not sized correctly. I ordered 11-14 and these were about 8-9 sizing. Ridiculous. Will not order from this website again

The tracking shows that this was delivered on 11th December . The tracking number is OE697450718GB. Please contact customer services if you have not received it.

Costume was way too small. Messaged customer service who was like “yeah sorry our costumes run small” why bother to ascribe a clothing size to the costumes if it doesn’t actually match them and you’re aware of this?

It has only been worn once and the skirt is frayed and the seams are coming apart.

I can see from the correspondence that the Customer Service team responded to your email promptly with suggestions of how to get a better fit and informing you that we offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been sent the wrong size and I sent this photo as evidence of this. They are trying to tell me that their leather ballet shoes on the right are an adult size 12 (as the canvas on the left obviously are). Although they have received the ballet shoes back on Monday, they have still not sent me the correct size and I have to keep on chasing up the emails as they take days to answer. I’ve asked for a complaints number and I’ve not received any response once again. If I actually get the correct ballet shoes, I’m hoping the quality will be good, but until that happens, I can’t comment.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes which were all too small and had to be returned. Have had no acknowledgment of receipt of return and no reply to email or message chasing it up. Disappointed in lack of response and now have neither the shoes nor a refund.

We always respond to emails within 24 hours but have no facility to acknowledge receipt of returns. To check if we have received the items you need to check the tracking on your return delivery. One of the customer service team will be in contact with you.

I ordered my usual size and the shoes that arrived said that size on them, but they were at least one size too small. I had to return them.

I am sorry you are not happy but I think you may have misread the Returns Policy. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The return will be processed within 14 days and your money refunded.

Paid for next business day delivery but they failed to deliver on time. On speaking about it at y child’s dance school it seems that this wasn’t a surprise. I have raised this with Dance Direct only to have received an arrogant response. I am awaiting my extra delivery charges to be refunded.

I can not review the item i brought as i haven’t received it. It is still with Fred x and has been for two weeks and they have now informed me that they are unable to deliver the item and has been returned to shipper. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am sorry you have not received the item. It looks as though delivery was tried on 3 consecutive days but there was no-one to receive it. Someone from the Customer Service team will be in touch with you.
