Still waiting on exchange as too small , no response to emails

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. A member of the team has been in touch with you to sort the exchange.

Paid for next business day delivery but they failed to deliver on time. On speaking about it at y child’s dance school it seems that this wasn’t a surprise. I have raised this with Dance Direct only to have received an arrogant response. I am awaiting my extra delivery charges to be refunded.

I can not review the item i brought as i haven’t received it. It is still with Fred x and has been for two weeks and they have now informed me that they are unable to deliver the item and has been returned to shipper. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am sorry you have not received the item. It looks as though delivery was tried on 3 consecutive days but there was no-one to receive it. Someone from the Customer Service team will be in touch with you.

Products ok but bought through cash back app and dance direct do not acknowledge emails From cashback company so you don't get your cashback. Been waiting months!

I am sorry you did not receive the order the next day. It was despatched on the Friday but Fedex do not deliver on a Saturday unless a premium charge is paid. They delivered it on the next available working day which was the Monday.

I am unhappy with the boots i ordered as thry were meant to be a large adults and they are tiny, not even a kids size

The fact you can’t return tights if you get the wrong size is not a good thing as you have then just wasted money even if you go by the measurements they provide

For reasons of hygiene you cannot return tights and underwear once they have been opened and tried on, unless they are faulty. We can only accept returned items which are in a saleable condition and once tights have been tried on we cannot resell them.

Hallo, es war mir bis heute nicht möglich, Schuhe, die in FALSCHER Größe geliefert wurden, zurückzuschicken. Die Rücksendung nach UK von Deutschland aus ist sehr teuer, man soll die Kosten selbst tragen. Ich habe den Rat bekommen, die Schuhe in Deutschland weiterzuverkaufen, wenn sie mir nicht passen! Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mit den Kosten für die Rücksendung von Artikeln aus der EU in das Vereinigte Königreich nicht zufrieden sind, aber leider haben wir keinen Einfluss auf die Zoll- und Abgabegebühren.

Very unhappy with this company. Never recomand this company. I send back product and request my refund and i didn't have any refund because the product was damage. Is incredible hiw can be damaged.

I am sorry you are not happy with us. The item in question was not returned to us in a re-saleable condition as the cellophane packaging around the CD had been removed and the box appeared to have been opened and was damaged.

I ordered some UK size 10 mens Jazz shoes. They sent a women shoe. It said size 11 but that's Dance Direct sizings the actual size was UK 8 at best. I sent them back and they charge me for the postage. Won't be using Dance Direct again. I have pictures to show size 11 on shoes

This issue arose in March and I can see you had correspondence with our Customer Service Team at the time. I am sorry that the jazz shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. The size you ordered was not a UK 11 as that shoe only goes up to a UK 10 and you were given a full refund for the shoes.

Bought tap shoes. Part of sole on both shoes came away during class, first wear. I appreciate they were in the sale but this was within 5mins of first wear.

Order no. 004458042 Ordered a dress needed for a show. The dress arrived damaged, I notified Dance Direct and requested a refund seen as the dress replacement wouldn’t have arrived in time for when it was needed. Dance direct ignored my email and sent out a replacement, I then had the hassle of returning the dress which I did over a month ago - still no refund received. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored! I keep getting told a refund takes 14 days to process! I won’t be using this company again

I am sorry you received the wrong shoes. I can see the return was made after the 22nd March and as we state that returns will be processed within 14 days you should have your refund soon.
