I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

“I have used Dance Direct a few times now for dance supplies, especially tights. They service is quick and reliable and the products are of high quality. My daughter has worn her footless tights many times and they still look like new. Dance Durect shop items rapidly which is really helpful when you need something urgently! Highly recommended”
