“I placed an order with Dance Direct for three pairs of Jazz shoes that would come in two parcels, unfortunately one parcel was lost, ( not through Dance Direct but through the Royal Mail.) Dance Direct sorted thr problem very quickly and my second parcel came within twent four hours. Thank You Damce Direct for tackling the problem so quickly.”

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“The one-star rating is for the incredibly bad customer service! As I am based in Germany, I had to pay for the return myself (around 20€!!!). The delivery was attempted twice, and, on the second attempt, it was left at a parcel shop for collection which never happened. Yesterday I received my return parcel and had to pay 10€ on top!! They had approximately 8 days to collect the parcel. I wrote the customer service that I would like reimbursement to which they reply that it was my responsibility that they receive the parcel; hence, I should have rearranged a re-delivery and on top of that their warehouse was closed until 02 Jan 2026, which it didn't state on their website. Customer service is usually better in the UK but this is a joke. I have e-mailed again and I am waiting for a response.”
