“Ordered 5 sale items. Was so glad to find boys items at reduced prices. Delivery arrived with 1 item missing. 2 minute phone call and they had the item dispatched straight away and I received it the next day. Fantastic customer service”

“I've been shopping at dance direct for years, and always love having a look through the selection. However there are very limited options for bigger dancers, and I would probably buy a lot more if the options were there for me.”

“Have returned a costume due to it being too small. It’s been over two weeks now and still waiting for a refund. Have also sent 2 emails chasing the refund and have heard nothing!!”

I am sorry that there are delays in processing your returns as our returns warehouse is operating a strict covid-secure process. Returns are being processed in date order. Please allow us some time to work through them and you will receive an automated e-mail as soon as your return has been dealt with. If you requested a refund, then this will be processed as soon as possible.

“After searching for a new modern costume for my daughters dance comps , we finally saw this jacket on your website, the material and quality is fantastic and as you can see in the picture I think we have one happy little dancer and she will look amazing on stage so Thankyou !!!”

“Early days as a new customer but 2 orders dealt with and delivered completely speedily and efficiently and communication by email spot on. Not used as yet. Will have to return 1 item (ballet shoes - choice of correct size difficult ) and ask for size exchange so I’m sure that will be dealt with just as well. Thank you all there”

I am sorry that you are not happy with the sizing. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size.
