“Really good to have free returns offered because getting the right size without being able to try on, especially if you haven't bought that brand before, is really tricky so it's very reassuring to be able to return items without paying for return postage. There seem to be a good range of reduced items too which is always a plus.”

“It was easy to navigate the website and find exactly what I was looking for. The menu bar was easy to use. I found the sizing was very easy to find and was spot on. The ordering was super easy and the items were delivered really quickly. Items were perfect for my Circus daughter. Thank you Ann Berrett”

“Extremely poor customer service. Happy to take your money but ignore refunds when items are unsuitable. Avoid is my advice. I'll need to persue the matter with my credit card now unfortunately.”

“My granddaughter has just started dance, and my daughter and I were looking on line for dance outfits , and came upon DanceDirect, we found what we were looking for, at a great price & good quality, I have ordered a few bits a couple of times, delivery is quick and the company always keeps me informed on when it’s shipped and the delivery dates.”
