“The convenience of buying online and receiving competitive pricing but more importantly the return / exchange policy is very good and easy to do when you have the wrong size. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will be ordering again - thank you!”

“Item was ordered for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived over a week later. Customer services can’t seem to be able to help and are just saying that they are trying to get hold of FedEx.”

“As a (much!) older guy wishing to get back into dance, ballroom, jive and salsa, with maybe Argentine tango eventually, I rescued my old dance shoes from the back of the wardrobe and sadly surveyed their present state. I needed new shoes and Dance Direct had the ideal selection - great styles in my size and sent promptly. Another happy customer of this great company - thank you so much. Kind regards, Brian”

“Product was fine. Paid extra for next day delivery, parcel took nearly a week to come. When I contacted customer services they pretty much said tough luck. No offer of a refund on postage.”
