I am sorry you have not received your parcel. According to the tracking Fedex attempted delivery on the 7th and 8th but there was no-one home to take delivery. It is out again today.

“Good quality dance clothing. It was disappointing that the ballet dress we needed (lemon) is only available from 1st Position and the size was out of stock for weeks - with Dance Direct unable to notify me when it became available again so it was just pure luck I happened to look on the site at the right time! It would also be helpful to have some guidelines re sizing for 1st Position leather ballet pumps as it took two orders with several sizes being ordered and then needing to be returned to get the right size - which appears to be a full 3sizes larger than the child's current shoe size.”

Thank you for the review. We are so pleased that you are happy with the quality of your goods. I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that the delivery was not as quick as you expected. We despatched the goods on the same day as you ordered them. It appears that there was a problem with our courier which we will follow up on. Unfortunately the email you sent did not come through to us.

Unfortunately your order was placed after 8pm on the Friday night so was not processed until the Monday morning as we do not work weekends. I am sorry the shoes were too small.
