Thank you for the review. I am pleased that you are happy with your purchase but sorry that the delivery was not as quick as you expected. When you pay for FedEx 24 hour upgrade option, orders are despatched within 72 hours of the order being placed and then delivery is within 24 hours of the despatch date, unless this happens to be a weekend. We cannot guarantee a next day delivery and am sorry if this is what you were expecting.

“The quality is near immaculate and I don’t have much issues with it. I have quite long arms and my leotard doesn’t really reach my wrists, but other than that, the quality is perfect, delivery time is so fast!”

I am sorry that the character shoes were small. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Feel free to send them back if they do not fit.

“Bloch warm up bootie are perfect for this season. Keep the feet warm. My daughter loves them. She has 29 shoe size, but we took child medium and it is perfect. It has space, but it does bother her. She says they are comfortable. They are easy to put on, and take off. I am glad we took them.”

Thank you for the review about the quality of the products. I am sorry the delivery was slow. You ordered on the Saturday, it was processed on the Monday (as we do not work weekends), and was despatched on the Tuesday via Royal Mail.
