“Lovely ballet wear! High quality however the only thing I would say if the sizing for the shoes comes up a little small so i would suggest sizing up ☺️ But over all really pleased!”

Thank you for the review. We are so pleased that you are happy with the quality of your goods. As far as the shoes are concerned the manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery, took 5 days to arrive and then they wouldn’t refund my postage. Awful, avoid”

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that the delivery was not as quick as you expected. When you pay for FedEx 24 hour upgrade option, orders are despatched within 72 hours of the order being placed and then delivery is within 24 hours of the despatch date, unless this happens to be a weekend. We cannot guarantee a next day delivery and am sorry if this is what you were expecting.

“Items arrived as intended. But I was disappointed it took so long to be sent. The website said dispatch was within 72 hours (which is quite slow anyway) but apparently that excludes weekends (which the website didn’t say at all) and “dispatch” just means that they’ve printed the label, not that they’ve actually dispatched the parcel. So an urgently needed item that was ordered on Sunday morning was collected by the courier at 5pm Wednesday evening and arrived on Thursday afternoon. And that was the “express” delivery at £6.60! (I don’t expect a small business to operate 24/7 but I would expect items to be sent out sooner than that.)”

“BEWARE MISLEADING Pay £6.50 for next business day, recieve 5 days later (too late for when needed) Complain and they send you a screenshot of their website which states 72 hours until dispatch!”
