“Not impressed! Am supposed to sail away to Northern Europe on the 3rd February 2023, and to date have not received any confirmation or paperwork pertaining to this cruise, despite my numerous queries, nor has my concierge have an answer to give me. Am stressed and extremely disappointed.”

“First time booking with cruise 118, excellent experience from the minute I rang and spoke to Kirsty. She took the time to walk me through the whole booking including how we would connect flights from Belfast . The follow up was impressive too , all booking details and any thing else related to our booking was passed on .We are pleased we chose to book with 118 , you even managed to be cheaper than Hayes travel which was a bonus . Hopefully the rest of the booking will go as smoothly .”

“Hi we booked our cruise last week, after speaking to the cruise line directly and we’re not terribly impressed, we approached Hayley who was brilliant and found us our perfect holiday. The next day just needed to check a detail and Elaine sorted it for us. This is not the first time we have used 118 and will do so again.”
