“I had problems when on a holiday booked by cruise 118, they rectified them and payed compensation. The am trusting problems will not occur on my next holiday.”

“Although the booking and advice was excellent I was disappointed that I could not get a breakdown of what I paid for the cruise / land tour and flights . The flights were long haul and could have cost any amount of money. I would like to have known the cost of each element”

“This is the second time we have used cruise 118 and I must say it is a pleasure to deal with them, Jennifer could not have been more helpful or understanding,last minute changes,wanting to fly from my local airport,we’re all done with ease,even though it was a last minute sort out late last night.Thanks for your patience.”

“I called Cruise118 today and got through to Karoline. She was so friendly and helpful, she really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and reassured about the booking. Her customer service skills are second to none. She is an absolute credit to the company and it is because of this that I will continue to book future holidays with Cruise 118.
