“Why don’t you quote single person’s rate when you advertise on your website? I will tell you . Some cruises lines I checked up on charged 2 and a half times the price for singles. Wasted phone call.”

It was efficiently solved by Jess Adams , she was patient and understanding and helped me through answering all queries and adjustments by phone and with e.mail follow ups and confirmations . “Got straight through to Daniel when I phoned and was just enquiring but ended up booking there & then as he sorted us out with such a great deal for our next cruise next year. “Very impressed with 118 service, knowledge & price I made a call to various cruise agents regarding a particular sailing we fancied. At this point I had called the 4 agents that we have up and coming cruises with. As we had also used 118 previously I decided to ring them too. The call was taken by Daniel. From the start of the call I could tell that Daniel was keen to come up with the best price and to secure our business. Rather than just give the price and finish for the night (it was close to closing time) Daniel went the extra mile to look into how to best achieve a do-able costing and even bettered the best quote I had been given! He was knowledgeable of the cruise line and ship layout and happy to look at various options, patiently. As we had arrangements the following day he kindly offered to start work a little earlier in order that we could secure the booking the following morning. Very impressed and we will certainly recommend and use again. Thank you, a credit to the cruise118 *****”

“I am new to cruising and was unsure about where to get started to be honest. There are so many options it was very overwhelming! A friend recommended Cruise 118 and when I called, I was put through to Daniel Norris who was excellent. We had several phone conversations before I booked and he spent a considerable amount of time answering my many questions. My first cruise earlier this year was to Norway and it was everything I had hoped for and more. Daniel has now just helped me book my next cruise in 2024 along the Panama Canal (a dream come true). I could not believe the deal he found me! There is no way I would have been able to find such a fab itinerary and package without his help. There are so many options, it's so much easier to get professional help. Now that he knows my travel style, cabin preferences and the type of excursions I look for its so easy. Plus I have the comfort of knowing that if anything goes wrong I can just make one call and he will sort it all out!! I would defiantly recommend Cruise 118 and especially Daniel.”
