“Shelly was really was really helpfully fulfilling our requests for our forthcoming cruise. There was no pressure and she was very patient and understanding when completing the booking . Shelly explained the next step and offered advise at any time. Good experience”

“Alex Duggan was brilliant and found us a cruise that is perfect in every way (including the price) for our family of 5. This was not a quick fix and she was really patient and persevering calling me back to search again when the first options didn't work for us and I had given up hope. Her positive attitude was contagious. Couldn't be happier!”

“I had to make a number of changes to a couple of cruises I had booked with 118. I contacted the agent who I have dealt with a lot of times. Andrea Mc the service I received was absolutely awesome, nothing was too much. Andrea guided me through the changes in a hassle free manner. A big thanks to Andrea.”

“Contacted cruise 118 today as they hadn't booked the flights with P&O for our cruise in a couple of months time. Jess sorted out their error in no time and our flights were confirmed a short time later. They've always been helpful and we've never had any issues with previous bookings, but the first time something needed sorting they were straight on it and resolved the matter.”
