“My Sales Concierge, Georgina Dawkins, made the booking of our cruise effortless. Georgina’s customer service went above and beyond and she did everything to make the experience a pleasurable one for me. This was always looking to be a special cruise for myself and my wife..our 25th anniversary, and with this in mind Georgina, provided first class advice, recommendations and planned everything we wanted to the fine details. We are very happy with the choice and I’d like to place on record my thanks to Georgina especially for making it happen.”

“Dale was very friendly, confident, efficient and methodical. Explained the various options for our cruise to Arabian Sea inc Dubai, Dohar, Sir Basi Yas island and Bahrain. 3 nights stay in Dubai + 7 day cruise. This is the Fourth time we have used Cruise 118. Dale saved us money by us booking transfers ourselves apart from airport to hotel, looking forward to our holiday with friends.”

“Wanted to book on a cruise at a different port on week 2 of our friends cruise to join them for their 2 nd week .it all seemed to complicated but it was no trouble for Jennifer. “I initially made my booking through 118 by phone. They were so helpful and knowledgeable it made the experience pleasurable. (I find looking for holidays and booking very stressful!) After I'd booked I needed to make various ammendments. I dealt with Jess Adams whose communication was superb, despite tge numerous emails I sent her. Again, a pleasure to deal with and made what coukd have been a very difficult ammendment easy. I only have good things to say about my experience with them and hope my holiday goes just as smoothly. I leave in the morning!”
