“Spoke with Stephanie to book our cruise for January 2024. Wow, she made the whole process so smooth; from selecting which cruise would be best to then securing the best deal for us. Her friendly and approachable manner made it a breeze and her accommodating the needs of elderly passengers was fantastic. I have cruised several times, but the process has never been as easy as this one. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she made me feel assured throughout each stage. She is a fantastic asset to her company and I would not hesitate to book with them again.”

“I just booked a cruise with the help of Daniel Norris. We have used this company before and always found the staff helpful. Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave advice as requested and understood how to help book the right type of cabin for us. He was very patient, polite and cheerful.”

“Very disappointed with Cruise118. I have been cruising for 30 years and for the past 15 years or so have always booked directly with the cruise lines. I was persuaded to give cruise118 a try due to the "exemplary service" you get from them. One example I was told was that if a cruise price drops, they will rebook "best price guaranteed" etc. So we booked two transatlantic cruises with them. Sure enough, one price has dropped by just over £300. Their response was that we would lose our £200 deposit and there would also be a cancellation charge from them as well! If I had booked directly with the cruise line they would have adjusted the fare or given me onboard credit. So what is the point of booking through a travel agent. Very disappointing.”
