“Consultation with Ann was unhurried and every effort was made to achieve my requests. Full explanations of procedures and advice on the selected cruise ship was very helpful and showed a good in depth of knowledge. It was an unhurried procedure and followed up by swift delivery of all relevant paperwork. Would certainly use this company again even though their eye catching pricing for the unwary could easily be mistaken for what you will actually end up paying. As this appears to be common practice in all marketing material in many industries, I very much doubt if any company would be willing to change it. Having said that I will certainly be giving them a chance to quote for my future cruise bookings.”
