“I must commend Dale Robinson. Has been absolutely five star in my difficult journey to find the cruise that fit! “What a knowledgeable, informative and polite young man Daniel Norris is, a real credit to your company. Daniel is easy to talk to and he excelled in his helpfulness and ability to help us organise our upcoming holiday experience, which was greatly appreciated. “Unfortunately I had to give this one star - I would have gone for less. I am worried about the baggage handlers' strikes due exactly when I'm travelling so I contacted the 9am-9pm line; well before 9pm but after I finished work. After waiting 1/2 hour with no change, I rang the line only to be told that it was closed. I think this will be the last time that I give Cruise 118 any of my hard earned money.”

“It isn’t the first time I’ve booked with Cruise118 and it certainly will not be the last. I always speak to Rachel due to her excellent knowledge, patience and assistance in helping me decide which cruise is the best for my Mum’s needs. As always, Rachel provided me with information on a choice of cruises and when I had decided Rachel booked the cruise without delay explaining full details. Within a short period I received confirmation via email with all the relevant information. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again Rachel for your help and support.”

“This is the first time we have used a cruise agent when booking our cruises I usually go direct with the cruise companies.
