“I I would like to thank Amanda Levett for the help and problem solving. Amanda is helpful, friendly and patient. We had a couple of issues, but they were sorted immediately as she demonstrated professionalism and competence. We highly appreciate her efforts to arrange a cruise to suit our needs. “We have booked with 118 for a number of our cruises. We have dealt with a few cruise concierges but our last couple have been with Barry Jenkins. He is so helpful and nothing is a bother and always ready to give you the best deal without having to haggle, he always comes up tops. We have even introduced our friends to ask for Barry at 118 when they are booking their cruises. Over the years we have booked with other cruise companies but must say 118 ticks all the boxes.”

“Spoke to Andrea, we told her, which cruise? We wanted to book for September 2027, on the ship Celebrity Ascent apparently it is quite full already, but this did not stop Andrea, taking time, to find the best cabin for us, that we were happy to book. She took time and explained every little detail to us. We came off the call. Feeling very happy with the service we were provided with from Andrea.”
