“Kieren has been exceptional in sorting problems other members of your staff have ignored. I have also delt with Seinead in the past who was also most helpful. Still a few problems left which I've emailed about and will be emailing customer relations about those. It's a pity your staff are moved around as except for the excellent service from Kieren and Sinead your other staff have noted problems but never got back to me We are frequent travellers and this is the first time I've used your company and was thinking never again.”

“Being a newbie to cruising I wanted to speak to a person with knowledge. Kate Bradley was so helpful and patient and explained everything. She pointed us in the direction of the most cost effective cruises, to get the most value for money. A family of four in the summer holidays doesn’t come cheap. The price was high for us, but typical of the standard cost for this time so we were happy. I would thoroughly recommend talking to her if you need helpful advice on anything cruise related.”

“Dale was a really lovely person. He made me feel relaxed and excited about booking my cruise. He was very patient and answered all my many questions. In the end I booked the cruise I wanted at the price I wanted. I know if I have any questions I could always call and ask his advice. I will definitely speak to him in the future when booking my next cruise.”

“Jess, who took my call was very courteous to me and knowledgeable about the query I posed to her. There was also an issue I had regards OBC which Jess said she’d have to contact Cunard for the answer but would reach out to us once she had a reply. True to her word, first thing this morning, Jess emailed me with the answer and put my mind at rest. Jess is a credit to your company. Thanks Jess.”
