“Cara, our cruise concierge, has been fantastic. She talked us through the whole process of booking and what to expect when we go. She was very knowledgeable and even gave us some handy tips for while we are away. Thank you for all your help. We are really looking forward to our cruise.”

“Hi, Have booked many Cruises with Shelley, superb service, friendly & very efficient, pointed out the best cabin in price range. Covered all the formalities. “Jess, who took my call was very courteous to me and knowledgeable about the query I posed to her. There was also an issue I had regards OBC which Jess said she’d have to contact Cunard for the answer but would reach out to us once she had a reply. True to her word, first thing this morning, Jess emailed me with the answer and put my mind at rest. Jess is a credit to your company. Thanks Jess.”

“The customer service provided by Jessica Clements was first class and more importantly speedy. Our friends, who we travelled with, had experienced difficulty with a couple of issues prior to our cruise on Silversea and highly recommended her to us. We, therefore, remembered what they said and were not disappointed. How often do you have to wait days for answers but not with Jessica. She was quick to reply and quick to deliver.”
