“Initially disappointed with first contact by telephone - advised several times that I could book and get answers to questions online. I insisted I preferred face to face and had an appointment with Hannah who talked me through everything I needed to know and satisfactorily answered all my questions. Further email contact was very professional. Disappointed with the price but then it was a spur of the moment booking, not a lot of choice left and I am travelling alone which obviously makes it more expensive. If I enjoy my first ever cruise experience (and I am sure I will) I shall return to Cruise118 for my next booking.”

“I recently booked a cruise and had an issue which was speedily resolved by the very friendly staff member Chris S. She understood what I wanted and wasted no time in getting things sorted. “This is our first time doing a cruise, so we needed to know a few things before we travelled. So I made the phone call and wasn't expecting to much as a lot call centers can't be bothered. But it was the absolute opposite, they couldn't be more helpful, they couldn't recommend them highly enough. I made 2 phone calls and both were the same, hopefully the holiday will be as good.”

“I think that this is the 6th cruise I have booked with cruise 118. Everyone is polite helpful and extremely efficient at their job and the price is right. I have not found anyone better (and I have tried) this is why I always come back . Nothing is too much trouble 5* from me.”
