“Concierge Robert was efficient, professional and friendly. I booked 2 weeks before departure over the telephone. Robert was able to find availability for our local airport, which I'd been unable to do via an internet booking. Robert also went the extra mile to find us seats on the P&O coach transfer from our local area to the port. I've used Cruise118 before and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Robert for a fabulous start to our holiday.”

“I spoke today 7/10/24 to gavin chadwick customer service regards changing cabins for a family cruise I has booked for my family of 8 adults and 3 children. For June 25 . Gavin put my mind at ease and gave exceptional service to my issues and managed to swop our cabins on deck 15 to decks 9 and 5 . On iona . Just want to say a massive thank you to gavin and will definitely book further cruises with cruise 118 thank you”

“Post cruise, there was a complication from Virgin that meant we were overcharged for one of our packages. When I mentioned this to Kieran Green, he investigated this immediately, let me know what was happening with the investigation for the next 24 hrs, and was able to resolve the issue. Excellent service, thanks Kieran”

“I contacted Jessica Clemente’s in 5 September with a problem I was having gaining access on the my account app for P&O. She came back to me that same day gave me the info I needed to gain access immediately. It’s not the first time she has helped me. She is an asset to Cruise 118 she is my go to girl. Love ya Jess.”
