“I started searching for a cruise on your website and started an online chat with one of your staff Ellie. After a while I asked if it would be possible to talk on the phone. Ellie phoned me straight away and nothing was to much trouble for her. She helped me and my husband find the perfect cruise and was patient and extremely helpful There was no hard sell and she was happy to call back today to give us time to think about it. She called when she said she would and could not have been any more helpful. I would most certainly recommend cruise 118”

“Robyn was very helpful and efficient, she was still able to give us discount when the price of our cruise had risen a little by the end of the day. We needed to check what funds we had available and whether our son wished to come too. A phone call was arranged for a few hours later and we decided to proceed with the booking and all was completed within 15 minutes. Thank you Robyn!”
