“Cruise118 have been a surprising new find, in a good way! Service has been first class, prices are always competitive and much cheaper than going direct to the cruise line. We’ve used them 3 times now and every time it’s been great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I have to give Cara Forsberg a special mention as she’s been amazing, even helping us on her day off! I won’t go anywhere else to book our holidays now other than Cruise118.”

“Kieren has been exceptional in sorting problems other members of your staff have ignored. I have also delt with Seinead in the past who was also most helpful. Still a few problems left which I've emailed about and will be emailing customer relations about those. It's a pity your staff are moved around as except for the excellent service from Kieren and Sinead your other staff have noted problems but never got back to me We are frequent travellers and this is the first time I've used your company and was thinking never again.”

“Being a newbie to cruising I wanted to speak to a person with knowledge. Kate Bradley was so helpful and patient and explained everything. She pointed us in the direction of the most cost effective cruises, to get the most value for money. A family of four in the summer holidays doesn’t come cheap. The price was high for us, but typical of the standard cost for this time so we were happy. I would thoroughly recommend talking to her if you need helpful advice on anything cruise related.”

“Dale was a really lovely person. He made me feel relaxed and excited about booking my cruise. He was very patient and answered all my many questions. In the end I booked the cruise I wanted at the price I wanted. I know if I have any questions I could always call and ask his advice.
