“We had to cancel our cruise at the last minute due to illness and Nick Oldfield went above and beyond to secure us an alternate cruise. Thank you Nick we will definitely be using Cruise118 for all future bookings.”

“Now on my 3rd cruise with 118 and quite frankly, there is no point using anyone else if you're UK based. They answer the phone, return your calls and generally know a lot about the cruises. It's clear the staff are familiar with the ships and cruise lines. Importantly, the staff who answer the phones have been on cruises. I really can't fault them and will be back next year again. Kieran in particular is a credit to the company.”

“Kieran Green is a truly superb customer services team member. Whilst my issue is not completely resolved that is through no fault of his and he has gone beyond to support me and help me with my complaint to a cruise line. He has always been courteous, kind, supportive and followed up when appropriate. Sian Halliwell also deserves recognition for her hard work in locating the right deal for me and my family. Cruise118 staff really do go that extra mile and I would highly recommend them.”

“1st time using 118 Cruise, wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Requested a call back for a cruise I'd seen and was called back within an hour, not bad for a Saturday evening. Hannah was really helpful, we've never been on a cruise holiday before and she answered all my questions and came back with really competitive prices. Confirmation of booking emailed really quickly. “Cruise118 have been a surprising new find, in a good way! Service has been first class, prices are always competitive and much cheaper than going direct to the cruise line. We’ve used them 3 times now and every time it’s been great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I have to give Cara Forsberg a special mention as she’s been amazing, even helping us on her day off! I won’t go anywhere else to book our holidays now other than Cruise118.”
