He really listened to our requirements and went above and beyond to meet our needs.No sense at all of sales pressure but worked really hard to get us a competitive quote and had a genuine interest in giving us the the right service regardless of whether we booked with Cruise 118. “Kym you are an absolute superstar and such a pleasure to deal with. Kym always goes above and beyond and the efficiency with how quick she deals with quotes and queries is amazing. Kym is really helpful and so friendly and makes the process of booking a cruise so easy. I did need to make a cabin change and that was no problem to Kym and dealt with as soon as the cruise company opened the next day. “Great service very easy to do business with, agent was professional but also warm and friendly. After sale service and communication has been great. Had a problem logging in to manage my booking, this problem solved by team very quickly.
