“I have found this company so helpful the customer service from Jessica Clement really good she managed to sort my query out and got me my luggage labels etc emailed, I am in my 60s so struggle with tech.”

“I started searching for a cruise on your website and started an online chat with one of your staff Ellie. After a while I asked if it would be possible to talk on the phone. Ellie phoned me straight away and nothing was to much trouble for her. She helped me and my husband find the perfect cruise and was patient and extremely helpful There was no hard sell and she was happy to call back today to give us time to think about it. She called when she said she would and could not have been any more helpful. I would most certainly recommend cruise 118”
