“118 cruise's are by far the best travel service we have used! Customer service is incredible We had very unusual requests with a terminal family member. They gone above and beyond. From start to finish. They Helped to rearrange, serveral times and even through the refund as we sadly couldn't travel no more. The compassion was very grateful. We Will definitely be booking through 118 cruise's again. We can't thank you enough for all your help. And recommended highly to all.”

“Daniel Norris was friendly and extremely accommodating ensuring we had the best group booking. He was patient, listening to what we wanted and looking for best cabins for our needs. He went above and beyond and Georgina completed our booking was fantastic too, easy to talk to, friendly and ensuring all our needs are met especially have a son with special needs. I would definitely book using these agents again and feel confident that they are looking out for my best interests. 😉”

“Had great fun making our booking. Karoline the sales concierge was just brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and went well above and beyond to find out the tiny detailed things that I wanted to know. Our party is a mixed group of ages and Caroline was able to explain how to mix and match things so that everyone was catered for but at the best prices availabe.”

“The agent I dealt (I think his name was John?). He was excellent, very patient and informative and so helpful. For all my future holidays I will be dealing with him and will recommend him to my all friends who travel a lot (when they can!). I can’t thank him enough.”

“This is not the first time we have used Cruise 118 and I would like to think that we will use them again. We dealt with Jen who was very understanding and extremely patient. Jen carefully explained various options, answering all our queries making sure that we fully understood each point before moving on. She was knowledgeable and helpful and we were very pleased to make the reservation.”

“I have been waiting about 7 weeks for a refund now from a cancelled cruise due to weather conditions. I asked for clarity as to who was refunding (cunard or you) . A member of your team said thwy would get back to me when they had the information but nobody has so i am emailing today but told it may be 7 days before someone replies and the help.phone number is not freephone”
