The only point I would make to the company is that other companies let you pick your cabin online so you know from the start where you will be which I do with every cruise I go on. I know it’s only a minor thing but it might help you bring in more customers as they’ll know the cost straight away.”

“Web site was easy to use and useful. A little confusing to get invoice that was greater than price I booked at, but I think this is a technical issue and just waiting confirmation that 'internet' discount will be applied, as this is the amount by which the invoice and price differ.”
