“Rebecca my Cruise Consultant was great answered all my questions and gave me all other information I needed before my cruise. I could not book straight away as I had to speak to my husband to confirm with him some of the details. Rebecca said she would phone me back when convenient to me and she did. All booked now just waiting to sail off in to the sunset thanks Rebecca.”

“My first contact was Rachel,very nice she gave me a good price….ny second contact Shelly also very informative ,but the true star who I believe wouldn't be getting the commission was brilliant is Nick..he gave me so much information late at night ,he didn’t rush me as I’m elderly lady ten out of ten in my estimation…Denise/Deborah Franklin”

“after leaving a negative review the other day, I was contacted by Laura to update me on the delay in receiving any information from you. Happy now that I know what the problem is and its not caused by you but the cruise line. Although had I received an email to inform me of this rather than nothing at all, I wouldn't have felt the need for a negative review. please keep your customers informed then your reviews will be great not negative.”

“I know it is difficult times due to the current situation. We are due to start our holiday/cruise on Friday 5th, due to travel into USA cannot. I have made a number of attempts to contact 118, originally informed would be emailed a form on 18th, asking what we would prefer ie refund FCC etc, no email to date. Contacted the concierge team via webchat on 25th, informed that the Contact service manager stated that a member of customer service would be in touch, no contact. Contact services shut at 4pm, so when working difficult to contact. Poor”
