“I’d give 20/10 if I could … wouldn’t book with anyone else & I ONLY book with PHIL DAVIES. But all the staff are excellent, from taking messages of Phil’s busy on the phone dealing with another Client. The number of cruises I book with Cruise 118 says it all lol Can’t recommend them enough”

“I had a few telephone conversations with Lexi, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and we have now booked a cruise for April next year. She subsequently spoke with our friends who are now coming on the same cruise. We are looking to do another cruise next summer with our two boys and their girlfriends, and will certainly phone Lexi again to make the booking. Thank you.”

“I had recently had to change my cruise as Cunard has cancelled it's Christmas markets due Dec 2021. Nicola spent over an hour trying to find a suitable alternative. She was extremely patient and helpful and a credit to the company. Rachel then contacted me later the same day to confirm my rebooking. Rachel was also very helpful and professional. Thank you both for the level of customer service shown and helping this disabled customer find the right options.”

“My first contact was Rachel,very nice she gave me a good price….ny second contact Shelly also very informative ,but the true star who I believe wouldn't be getting the commission was brilliant is Nick..he gave me so much information late at night ,he didn’t rush me as I’m elderly lady ten out of ten in my estimation…Denise/Deborah Franklin”
