“Low advertised prices never available. Had the same email and txt for 4 weeks , advertising a cruise at £649. When you ring it is £799. Scammers !”

May I add that our website is not live we always aim to advertise the best lead-in fare which is usually the lowest grade. We use a third-party company to update our website as per the latest prices that the cruise lines advertise from their live websites/booking systems. As I am sure you will appreciate fares can and do fluctuate hourly especially now due to increasing high demand, unfortunately, it is sometimes the case that we can not update our website quickly enough to keep up with the increase in pricing. if you would like to contact us to discuss this further, we look forward to hearing from you: Customer.Relations@worldtravelholdings.co.uk. “Good experience overall. I was told that there was $100 on board credit but none evident in booking confirmation. My best price was not matched so how can you advertise that it is guaranteed ?”

“From start to finish Laura the cruise concierge has been brilliant looking and finding a deal to suit us,and also helping us through a difficult few days due to a medical problem with my wife who is now fine she’s been really supportive and the whole booking experience was made so much easier with her professionalism and is was always a pleasure to talk to her well done Laura.(she deserves a pay rise)😀”

“Victoria Dimmock was recommended to me by a friend and she did not let me down. My husband and I have never been cruising before and she was more than helpful with advice on boats and destinations. She took a lot of time to talk to us and when we needed to check dates she arranged for her colleague Rebecca Rimmer to call us back the following day to complete the booking. We’re really looking forward to our first cruise next year and have recommended Vicky to our friends who are also first time cruisers x”
