“We found a stay & cruise holiday for August 2022 we liked in the recent mailing from Cruise 118. Having made enquiries about this the cruise the sales concierge Emma O’Reilly told us that the package was with flights from Gatwick. We did not want to fly from there as we live in the North East. Emma put us a package together, which included flights from Newcastle via Heathrow and both pre and post stays in Venice. We were extremely pleased with the service given by Emma and the time she spent to create it and liaise with us via both e-mail and telephone. Cruise 118 are an excellent holiday company to deal with and Emma is a credit to them. We would thoroughly recommend using their service.”

“What a lovely gentleman I spoke to. I knew what I wanted as a match with another Cruise Line and he was very helpful. As I book ed other cruises I know I would be well looked after.Also told him Emerald on R.Carr. and he said he would put this on my booking. Thank you once again. Sincerely. June Hill”

“Booked a fly/cruise and paid IN FULL...only to be told the next evening...after we had booked our time off work....that you had cocked up and the flights were now sold out? You have very kindly "OFFERED" to refund my money!!!! Are you having a laugh?????”
