“Although, not usually the company I use for cruise bookings, I thought I would give them a chance. I am pleased to say that my first experience has been a very positive experience. I booked online and found it to be the least complicated and quickest booking system I have used for holidays of any type. The follow up emails, giving relevant information and documentation is indeed speedy and accurate. On my first encounter with Cruise 118 I have been most impressed and hence very likely to use them again in the near future.”

“Although the young lady that made my booking was very helpful. it all took a very long time as she had to keep putting me on hold for long periods of time to find things out, I was on the phone for about 45 minutes in all, most of it holding on. She was very polite & apologetic, maybe she was new at it,”

“Making a booking was quite easy but checking some points was absolutely horrendous. Try contacting them by phone or email and you have very little chance of getting in touch with anybody. First and probably the last time we deal with this company. We should have booked direct with Royal Caribbean even if it costs more. Not impressed at all once I had paid a deposit. Also the booking states that the balance was fully payable on the same date as we booked when the guy from Cruise 118 said the balance was due in November for our scheduled trip in March 2023. Doh!!!”
