Spoke with agent Jason Archibald who provided fantastic customer service. He was very helpful as this was the first cruise I've booked and provided lots of useful information to help me understand how everything works. Could have easily booked through Royal Caribbean direct but Jason was way more helpful than the agents at the cruise liner.

Rebecca Rimmer was very good and helpful from the start. I emailed first with request for sailings from Southampton in January, a list came through a day later. Me wife had a chat for a few days then emailed Rebecca again asking her to ring the next day at 1500. Sure enough call came through on time and after discussing our options, we booked a cruise with P&O. Rebecca was able to answer all questions and was vert friendly, which goes a long way with older people.

Lindsey Wright was fantastic and helped with every single detail of our holiday. I had some difficult questions e.g. does the balcony have a safety net. If Lindsey didn't know the answer she went to find out and got back to me straight away.

Hi, booked and paid for well in advance, Then every thing went wrong , went to print out tickets nearer the date and was told our booking was cancelled, NCL said they did not receive the money , you said we had paid them last year [this was after hanging on phone for 20 min each time told to hold and got cut off 3 times this happened.we now know we are booked on our cruise but have no cabin , so cant print out labels tryed ringing you again this morning BUT was cut off again, will NEAVER use you again have not had holiday yet
