Really impressed with cruise concierge Katja Porter. She was very patient and fully understanding of my wish to keep the booking private as it was a birthday surprise for my wife so conversations had to be planned and timed when my wife was not around. Katja managed to get me the best deal and even though the process took several days she was able to keep to the price that was agreed from the onset.

Ive dealt with Cruise 118 on various occasions (and various different staff). The high level of (consistently) good service is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble! Plus they have found me a couple of great deals and I will continue to use them for cruise holidays going forward.

Spoke to several staff before finally making a booking and everyone was very friendly and helpful. When making a booking over the telephone was an efficient and thorough process. It was encouraging to receive a small discount and we would definitely use them again for any future cruises.

In general, the booking process was very easy. However, after the payment got accepted I was shown an empty page (just the bottom and top banners were visible) - which was a bit scary because there was no confirmation or booking reference displayed. Eventually, I got an email confirmation but those 20 minutes between the payment and the email were a bit stressful. Also it would be great if I could put my BA executive club number when booking via BA link.

I booked a cruise 22/7 with you and paid a deposit more than advertised. I was told the balance would be due September when I paid the deposit. You emailed me 23/7 saying the full amount is due and should’ve been paid on the 22/7!!! I’ve 7 days to pay!! No response to my email or calls!! I’m not happy and it’s caused me unnecessary stress.
