“Although my problems with a recent fly/cruise and another one booked for November 2023 are not completely resolved entirely to my satisfaction I cannot fault Tracey Goodenough in Customer Services who has dealt with my concerns. A compromise has been reached and throughout the process she has been, polite, professional and respectful. She is a credit to the company during what I expect is a very difficult time for the travel industry.”

“Great Cruise great excursions friendly staff. Airport transfer (private taxi) never arrived, left at airport to arrange own transfer to ship and vice versa coming back. I have rang and emailed on a number of occasions, received confirmation that this would be resolved by 12/13th July and I am still waiting to hear. Lady in her 60's travelling alone, very dissapointed!”

“Ashleigh was fantastic. Very patient as we were asking for lots of prices and then plumped for the first cruise we asked about. Give this lady a pay rise, she deserves it. I gave your number to friends to book this cruise, they were going to book direct but i told them to go through yourselves, customer service is all important.”

“Gill Potter, the concierge that we dealt with was very helpful, and patient. We didn't make things easy for her, but she managed to achieve what we asked her to do. We were not aware of how things can change so quickly when trying to book hotels until now.”

“John Marcinko, the Sales Concierge, who dealt with our enquiry from the beginning, was very helpful and informative. He provided us with lots of information regarding cruises (we are first time cruising and didn’t know much about it) and always came back to us very quickly. He rectified a small error that he made very quickly and apologetically, and once we had found the cruise that we wanted we booked through him. Initially we also spoke to Hannah who was also very helpful and informative but she was in a different department which didn’t deal with the type of cruises that we wanted. Our cruise is several months away yet from writing this review, so we hope that the excellent service we have had so far will continue and that we will then be able to write another good review when we have had our cruise. So far so good.”
