“Emma O'Reilly was very pleasant and knowledgeable and her patience did not falter when there time consuming issues allocating FCC to our new booking. She went above and beyond to solve the problem and successfully book the for us. Can't thank her enough. Looking forward to booking further cruises with Emma and Cruise 118.”

“I made a booking for a discounted balcony cabin and a few hours later was told that the booking was not made, which resulted in us missing out on a balcony, which were all sold out. Had to accept an inside cabin, with no recompense from Cruise118. I believe this was due to allowing inadequately trained staff to take bookings.”

“Having booked a cruise on board via cabin phone due to my husband having COVID there were a few discrepancies. Paula was brilliant at sorting this out for us quickly particularly as one of the queries required some hard negotiating on our behalf!”

“Lindsey who I dealt with was very good but cruise 118 need to get their act together. First of all the prices advertised on the website were not what you could get. Also they were advertising free all inclusive….. a. Intake on the website! Secondly they sent me a 50 voucher to celebrate winning an award but would not then let me have the discount. the agent said something vague about there might be a minimumspend. I had just spent 2,000 ! But she didn’t really know even having spoken to her manager on various occasions. Soooo. Raise 118 get your act together”

“We dealt with two young ladies who worked on our cruise together. Hannah and Linsey. Linsey was Efficient and thoughtful on helping us establish what would be the best options for us and Hannah was great booking the cruise of our choice.”
