“Graig Day the concierge I spoke to was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble, we got everything we requested in the quote which was very reasonable so booked the same day. Also very good communication by e'mail through out. Thank you Craig.”

“First time booking with Cruise 118 and it was an absolute pleasure. Laura was extremely helpful and answered all my questions (and there was many!) The price was cheaper than booking direct with Princess and I will definitely be using Laura again thank you”
