“Having booked a cruise on board via cabin phone due to my husband having COVID there were a few discrepancies. Paula was brilliant at sorting this out for us quickly particularly as one of the queries required some hard negotiating on our behalf!”

“Kate and Amber were brilliant. It takes a while to book a holiday and sometimes you have to be put on hold, the music is okay but all the time a man keeps saying the same thing over and over again it drives you crazy. GET RID, but otherwise very good.”

“Lindsey who I dealt with was very good but cruise 118 need to get their act together. First of all the prices advertised on the website were not what you could get. Also they were advertising free all inclusive….. a. Intake on the website! Secondly they sent me a 50 voucher to celebrate winning an award but would not then let me have the discount. the agent said something vague about there might be a minimumspend. I had just spent 2,000 ! But she didn’t really know even having spoken to her manager on various occasions. Soooo. Raise 118 get your act together”

“We dealt with two young ladies who worked on our cruise together. Hannah and Linsey. Linsey was Efficient and thoughtful on helping us establish what would be the best options for us and Hannah was great booking the cruise of our choice.”

“Having chosen a cruise to suit our requirements, contact was made with Cruise118 and our sales concierge was Georgina. Georgina listened to our itinerary request and compiled the appropriate information in detail and her professionalism was far and away better than another Travel Agent that we have already recently booked two other major cruises through and I can safely say, that we will look to book we’re possible, future cruises via Georgina at Cruise 118”
