“Excellent customer service from Phil. Certainly made booking much easier. Ended up with a better deal than booking direct, got the cabins we wanted and they were co-located. Think I would use cruise 118 in future rather than book direct.”

“The web chat was poor and I think it caused missed communication. Once I spoke to someone it was a different story. Got a very good deal and price and the full package is sorted.”

“Lexi - my 118 consultant was really patient with me. I had to consult with my friend who lives in a different town and it was extremely difficult to choose a cruise that we were happy with but after many phone calls with Lexi we finally managed to get a good price on one.”

“This was our first booking with Cruise118 but it won't be our last. Our cruise consultant Sian Halliwell went out of her way to select the best way for us to book the best cabin to accommodate us and our teenage grandchildren. Sian kept us informed and rang when she said she would. Excellent service”

“Hayley was so helpful and walked me through every step as this was my fist time booking. She was so friendly and walked me through all the different types of cabins and packages and wasn’t pushy at all. Very patient and easy to get a hold would defiantly recommend.”

“Hayley Ives was absolutely brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions some that I hadn't even thought of and found out exactly what would I was looking for. her knowledge and understanding were extensive and she explained where the cabins were and what all the pros and cons were. I wish all booking agents were like her as it would take all the guesswork and stress away when making the right choices and hoping you've made the right one. The cruise I booked was for myself and my daughter and my grandchildren decided to go as well and I immediately gave them Hayley's details and she didn't disappoint and ensured that the booking was related to mine for dining options etc. It was the first time my granddaughter has ever booked a holiday and she was so happy to speak to someone who wasn't just mechanical about it but friendly and helpful. Hayley is an absolute gem in cruise118 crown and I hope she gets recognition for this she deserves it.”

“Jen has been so helpful in finding suitable cabins for our large family holiday. She answered very quickly my question on a party member joining the cruise half way through. The service was efficient and information regarding the booking e-mailed almost be return. If Jen represents the service throughout Cruise 118 then the company as a whole is excellent.”

“There are some online cruise agents that don't supply prices and you have to phone them thereby allowing them to subtly pressure you into booking with them, Cruise118 isn't one of them. The online booking process was smooth, their prices do appear competitive when compared to the main cruise line own website prices. The confirmation email was supplied quickly and follow up emails with further relevant information indicated I was dealing with an efficient and helpful company.”
