“Again 5 star service from cruise 118 and Andrea McDiarmid Andrea managed to retrive all my cruise credit that Celebrity lost it took a couple of months but she never gave up and was in contact on a regular basis until the problem was resolved we have booked cruises with cruise 118 and Andrea for a number of years if we want to book a cruise Andrea and cruise 118 is the only place we call the last cruise we booked she was so helpful with good advice and help all the way through the booking a super star lady that is a pleasure to deal with”

“We'd done some research on the cruise we had chosen but needed help to ensure that we could get the cabins we wanted. The advice and patience we received from Phil at Cruise 118 was extremely good and after a short time he had met all of our requirements. Other cruise agents seemed much less helpful and were too pushy but Phil was absolutely the right choice.”

“Booking process was really easy thanks to talking to Rachel Hallieell,but I was rather daunted by the necessary to download the app, and the prospect of dealing with all the pre cruise steps online. Many of us older customers are not as comfortable with coping with online requirements as younger ones. I now understand that there will be help with booking in and boarding the ship, but the initial impression is that dealing with everything online is compulsory! We are also unclear about the Covid testing needed to board the ship.”
