“Top service from Andrea McDiarmid nothing too much trouble a very helpful and lovely lady to deal with it was so simple to use my Princess cruise credit unlike Celebrity that has lost half my cruise credit a large of money involved and 2 months down the road still not sorted Andrea has been contacting Celebrity regular for 2 months and still unable resolve the problem this is not cruise 118 fault but Celebrity cruises my final balance with celebrity is still in limbo land waiting for the credit to be sorted”

“Having had a cruise through another agent severely amended such that we cancelled the original booking we came across Cruise118.com when looking for alternatives. We ended up speaking on numerous occasions with Karoline who could not have been more helpful in checking cabin availability and pricing for a number of different cruises. Available until 9pm at night we were fully able to consider various options and make a final choice and complete the booking. First class service. Well done.”
