“We have used 118 to book cruises on many occasions as we find the consultants to be knowledgeable and helpful. This latest booking experience has been no different. Alannah was very pleasant and professional and prompt in answering questions and dealing with requests even after we had booked. Post booking service like this can be sadly lacking in other cruise travel companies”

“What I booked was not reflected on the booking confirmation. I telephoned and after 1 hr wait to be answered spoke to an agent and he said that he would email me to correct the omissions in my booking. That was three days ago and still waiting for an email. Tried to email them at their concierge and got an immediate reply saying this email address was unmanned. So what email address can you use? Very poor show.”

“I have just booked a cruise through cruise 118 sailing with P&O. We had loads of questions as we had never sailed with P&O before. All our worries were answered thoroughly and we were given lots of information which enabled us to make a devision. We have dealt with Cruise 118 before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.”

“My original enquiry was eventually a no go because of flights so it was back to the drawing board several times but Phil was very attentive and prompt with his responses and suggestions and by the end of the day we booked a cruise! Great service!”
