“Just got back from our Caribbean cruise that we book with cruise118 kept us up to date all throughout of booking was a bit worried when we was still waiting for flights 6 weeks before but had a really nice lady phoned with flights and was very helpful getting good flights and could not fought them for getting tickets for flights and cruise and all went to planned would recommend”

“we were told by you no outside cabins were left only very good virtual cabins, these were a disgrace so small and compact. We were asked to join a raffle for an outside cabin when we boarded so there were cabins left, the experience has left us not wanting to cruise anymore, but if we do i am sorry to say it will not be with your company”

“A very helpful concierge, Ruth But i was not told of nhs discount of 10%, so only found out after booking on MSC site. As 1/30 workers do work for NHS, Cruise 118 concierges, should include this in their info.”
